Born in Washington and raised across various Seattle neighborhoods, Holly Erker brings a rich blend of cultural experiences, professional expertise, and a passion for architectural preservation to her role as IS LUXURY’s Luxury Vintage Las Vegas Specialist. Holly has lived in diverse places, including Puerto Rico and Los Angeles, and now calls Las Vegas home for the second time. During her time in Puerto Rico, she earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Management Administration and Human Resources Management, skills that have greatly informed her approach to real estate and client relations. With over two decades of experience in hospitality and sales, Holly brings a deeply collaborative mindset to her work in real estate, striving to connect with and serve her community. Her adventurous spirit and love for travel, languages, food, music, and diverse cultures give her a unique perspective and an appreciation for the distinctive character of Las Vegas’s luxury vintage neighborhoods. A self-described “architectural junkie,” Holly is particularly passionate about mid-century modern design, style, and architecture—an interest that translates directly to her expertise in restoring and selling vintage homes. Holly’s passion for vintage properties led her to fully restore her former home in the historic Paradise Palms neighborhood. This project was so meticulously executed that it was featured in Nevada Preservation’s Home and History Tour in 2024, earning her a ten-page feature in Atomic Ranch Magazine that brought international attention to Las Vegas, Paradise Palms, and other Vintage Vegas neighborhoods. Inspired by the exposure and positive impact this recognition brought to the community, Holly is now in the process of restoring her next home in the iconic Scotch 80s neighborhood. Through these personal projects, Holly has gained extensive knowledge about the intricacies of revitalizing vintage properties for modern luxury living. Holly Erker proudly serves on the Neon Museum’s Special Collections Committee, supporting the preservation, interpretation, and stewardship of Las Vegas’ most iconic signs, artifacts and history. Through this role, she helps safeguard the city’s cultural legacy and ensure that the stories, design, and craftsmanship of Vegas are preserved for future generations. Beyond her professional and restoration work, Holly serves on the Board of Directors for the Ballard Eagles Drill Team, a nonprofit organization supporting an all-girls youth drill team in Seattle. In her leisure time, she enjoys spin and yoga classes at TruFusion Eastern, spending time with her husband and two beloved dogs, or planning her next travel adventure. With her knowledge, passion, and firsthand experience in the luxury vintage market, Holly is dedicated to helping homeowners rediscover and elevate the unique charm of Las Vegas’s historic homes.
